University of Indianapolis - Center for Business Partnerships

In recent years, Indiana has lost an estimated 160,000 jobs, primarily in traditional manufacturing. There is a pressing need in Indiana to provide economic leadership and develop new strategies to assist businesses and workers in transitioning to the realities of the new economy. In 2002, The Center for Business Partnerships (CBP), hosted by the School of Business at the University of Indianapolis, was formed to help stimulate Indiana's economy by creating initiatives and programs focused on economic growth, job creation, and workforce development.
