Organizational Effectiveness Institute

The
purpose of the Organizational Effectivness Institute (OEI) is to promote
applied and theoretical thinking and communications across disciplines.
It is open to everyone interested in the topic. Organizational
effectiveness (OE) is a measurable process of optimizing organizational
performance through planned change. It is cross-disciplinary, and both
theoretical and applied in nature.
OE will be addressed topically (Topics). OEI also maintains a list of OE consultants who are part of the OEI in terms of contributing articles (Consulting Information). You can read consultant articles in the topics area and contact them about using putting their knowledge and skills to work in your organization. |
