purpose of the Organizational Effectivness Institute (OEI) is to promote
applied and theoretical thinking and communications across disciplines.
It is open to everyone interested in the topic. Organizational
effectiveness (OE) is a measurable process of optimizing organizational
performance through planned change. It is cross-disciplinary, and both
theoretical and applied in nature.
